The NBA Dribbled Out

The Washington announcers, Steve Buckhantz and Phil Chenier, both thought Trevor Ariza’s shot as time expired dropped through the hoop to ice the Wizard’s “miraculous comeback.” As you’ll see, they were wrong, but they chuckled about it after. It’s important to be able to laugh at yourself.

I feel like John Wall stayed in shape, but well—what the hell do I know. When he’s blowing by people again in the open court, then we’ll know he did. Wizards rookie, Bradley Beal, hits the game winner against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Everything about this picture of John Wall and his uncle makes me happy. There’s so much gold, and the too-short tie is perfect. But it’s the matching pants and untucked button-up that’s particularly lovely when juxtaposed with the huge wristwatch.
John Wall’s uncle is a smuv dvde.
